​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Taylor Tedder earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS. He went on to graduate at the top of his class with a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. While at ICO, Dr. Tedder completed several clinical rotations with renowned ophthalmologists and optometrists, focusing his training on ocular disease treatment and primary family eye care. 

In 2007, Dr. Tedder relocated with his wife, Kim, to the Los Angeles area and immediately joined EyeExam of California, a registered Health Maintenance Organization providing access to primary eye care across California. Dr. Tedder then joined CVS Health as a member of the Boston, MA-based team tasked with the national expansion of health service clinics inside CVS pharmacies. 

At CVS, Dr. Tedder learned about the importance of population health management, access to care, and focusing on an elevated patient experience. He has also worked at Acuity Eye Group, an ophthalmologist-owned retina and cataract surgical group based in Pasadena, CA, where he led clinical and optical operations. 

Dr. Tedder is certified with an Optometric Glaucoma License. His provider team provides a wide spectrum of services, including annual diabetic eye examinations, routine and difficult-to-fit contact lens exams, pediatric eye exams, ocular disease treatment, emergency eye care, refractive surgery (LASIK/PRK), and cataract surgery co-management. 

As the founder of Opticore Optometry Group, PC, he is committed to our doctors providing the highest quality of care possible with compassion and integrity. Dr. Tedder is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), California Optometric Association (COA), and the Inland Empire Optometric Society. 

In his spare time, he enjoys watching his two younger daughters participate in travel sports and spending time with his wife, Kim, and family puppy, Arlo.

Dr. Antoinette Vu is the proud owner of our optometry group and a dedicated provider passionate about delivering exceptional eye care. Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, she earned her B.S. in Human Development from UC Davis and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. 

Dr. Vu focuses on building a team of compassionate, professional staff to provide every patient with thoughtful, high-quality care. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to patient experience, clinical excellence, and community trust. Her provider team provides a wide spectrum of services, including annual diabetic eye examinations, routine and difficult-to-fit contact lens exams, pediatric eye exams, ocular disease treatment, emergency eye care, refractive surgery (LASIK/PRK), and cataract surgery co-management. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Vu enjoys traveling, going to the beach, working out, and spending time with her family and loved ones.

With over 20 years of experience serving the East Los Angeles community, Dr. Cherrie Sinson Tran specializes in comprehensive eye exams, ocular disease management, and dry eye care. Dr. Sinson earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and then pursued a Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry. 

With a reputation for a patient-first approach, Dr. Sinson has dedicated her career to providing high-quality, personalized eye care. After more than two decades in private practice, Dr. Sinson looks forward to this new chapter with Opticore Optometry Group, where she will continue to offer exceptional vision care while utilizing the latest advancements in optometric technology. 

Outside of work, she enjoys practicing pilates, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Emmy Thai was born and raised in Orange County and currently resides in the Inland Empire. She graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. Upon making the decision to continue her education, she decided to make a big move to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico. 

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, making memories with her friends and family, and traveling.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Mai-Anh Bui is a dedicated optometrist with a strong track record of providing high-quality eye care services. With over 20 years of experience in comprehensive eye exams and office management, she currently serves as an Associate Optometrist at Visionworks in Riverside, CA. 

Dr. Bui holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from UC Berkeley, along with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Science. Her passion and commitment to providing exceptional patient care are evident in her work. With a dedication to improving vision health, Dr. Bui is poised to make a meaningful impact in the field of optometry.

​​​Dr. Cristalle Kwok is a skilled and compassionate optometrist who earned their Doctor of Optometry degree from the Western University of Health Sciences. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and patient-centered care, Dr. Kwok is dedicated to helping individuals maintain optimal eye health and clear vision.

Dr. Kwok practices at our Canyon Springs Marketplace location in Riverside.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Khanh Dang grew up in Torrance, California. She completed her undergraduate studies in biological sciences at the University of California, Irvine, and obtained her optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. 

She has provided optometric care at various externships, ranging from local hospitals to Veterans Affairs clinics. During her externships, she has acquired a diverse set of skills essential for comprehensive patient care in optometry. She’s dedicated to making a positive impact in her community, making sure that everyone receives the ocular care they need. 

During her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors by the beach, traveling, doing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Now living in Redlands, California, she is thrilled to embark on her career journey as an optometrist.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Replogle earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Replogle’s training included time in private practices, Veteran Affairs centers in West Los Angeles and Santa Maria, and Ketchum Health in Fullerton, giving him an experience focused on ocular disease management, sports vision, pediatrics, and vision therapy. 

Over the course of his career, Dr. Replogle has practiced in various settings throughout Northern and Southern California, with an emphasis on myopia management, specialty contact lenses, and dry eye treatment. Dr. Replogle focuses on providing quality, comprehensive care centered around each patient’s individual needs, prioritizing good ocular health and preserving optimal vision. 

When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Replogle enjoys creating music, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Mousami Paver grew up in New Jersey and relocated to Orange County, CA, with her husband and four children. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and has been practicing for over 20 years. 

She enjoys traveling and discovering the many beautiful areas of Southern California with her family. In her spare time, she also enjoys listening to podcasts, baking with her kids, and relaxing with the family dogs.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Kyrillos Zaki grew up in Toronto, Canada, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Kinesiology from York University. He then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree and Bachelor’s of Vision Science from Nova Southeastern University. He graduated with honors and was awarded membership in the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honour Society. He also has a special interest in treating pediatric patients and binocular vision disorders.

In his free time, Dr. Zaki serves in the local church community, mentoring and teaching children. He also enjoys playing basketball, going on hikes, and spending time with his family.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Michael Vathanasaynee earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Afterwards, he earned his doctorate from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA, and was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. 

He did his externship training at a Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Services Hospital, in addition to clinics associated with the college. After working in various types of practices, he is glad to be back in Orange County near his friends and family. In addition to comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings, he can diagnose and manage various ocular diseases, and can perform exams in basic Spanish. 

He likes to spend his free time with his wife and 2 small dogs, exploring parks and hiking trails.

Dr. Vathanasaynee practices at our Brea location in Orange County.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dr. David is a proud Gator who earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Having grown up in Mississippi, he knows a thing or two about southern hospitality and has always loved taking care of people and the community. 

He earned his Optometry doctorate from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, where he really found his passion for helping patients protect and preserve their gift of sight. During his training, he often volunteered his time at children’s school screenings and made house visits to the elderly who had no transportation capabilities. 

His skills are well-honed, and he excels at treatment and management of ocular diseases, contact lens fittings, and the continuation of care for LASIK and cataract surgery patients. Dr. David enjoys providing his services to the families here in Southern California, where he now resides with his wife. 

In his free time, he loves to cook both southern and Vietnamese cuisine and enjoys hiking his way through California’s amazing nature trails.

Dr. Nguyen practices at our Buena Park location in Orange County.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Guadalupe Remark Martinez grew up in LA County and graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Major in Biology and a Minor in Spanish. She recently received her optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2023. 

She is excited to start her career and is pursuing a residency in ocular disease. In her free time, she likes to hike and visit National Parks.
