Our Chino Spectrum Gateway location is accessible from both Grand Avenue and Pipeline Avenue. We’re located together with Visionworks, across the parking lot from Walmart, beside Hula Tang Shave Ice.
We’re pleased to serve Chino and Chino Hills with our convenient location, including the nearby communities of downtown Chino, College Park, Rolling Ridge, Los Serranos, and surrounding areas.
New and returning patients are always welcome. We can serve walk-in patients as well as those with pre-scheduled appointments. We look forward to welcoming you and your family.

Hours of Operation
We’re open from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Saturday. Our office is closed on Sundays.
Parking and Transportation
There is plenty of free parking available at Chino Spectrum Towne Center, directly in front of our office. If you are driving, we are accessible off Grand Ave and Pipeline Avenue. Our shopping center is close to the Chino Valley Freeway.
There is handicap parking available in the lot around our building.
We are also located close to the bus stop for route 88, on Grand Avenue, for those using public transit.
